Role 1
Industrial Painter; Primary responsibilities include:
- Mix and apply industrial coatings to a variety of parts and products
- Experience with spray guns and quality finishes preferred
- Ability to follow work orders and specs
Role 2
General Labor / Masking Tech; Primary responsibilities include:
- Mask parts, follow written direction, move materials, and assist painters
- Keep the shop clean and organized
- No experience required – we’ll train the right person
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 30 lbs regularly.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods.
- Must be able to wear a respirator and pass a company‑provided fit test.(painter only)
Work Environment
- Industrial fabrication shop.
- Exposure to fumes, dust, noise, and chemicals (PPE provided).
